Your files and personal information (name, address, contact information, etc.) will never be shared with any external parties. Upon request, we will sign Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDAs). All documents submitted through our website are managed via a secure online management system. Your documents can only be accessed by the editing manager, your assigned editor(s), or authorised WinWin Tutoring Ltd. personnel.

Yes, you can. We recommend discussing your communication preferences with your tutor in your first lesson. This is because your teacher may not be able to reply to your request message immediately. It would better to have an open conversation at the beginning.

Of course, you can. You can pay with credit/debit cards, PayPal and Alipay. Please note if you use a mobile phone or iPad, you may not be given these options. Therefore, you are recommended to use a laptop or desktop computer.
